UK mainland
We offer FREE delivery to confirmed commercial addresses on the UK mainland, except for some areas of Scotland & Wales where a small additional charge is set by our carriers.
For residential addresses, a £12 surcharge applies on top of any carrier charge as above.
To qualify for FREE Delivery; when you checkout on our website please be sure to select the box labelled ‘Commercial Address*’ and enter the full business name and address. Failure to enter a valid commercial (non-residential) address may result in your order being cancelled.**
*A business run from a residential address does not qualify as a 'commercial address' and so, the £12 Residential Address* surcharge still applies.
**We reserve the right to withhold any items to be delivered to a non-commercial address where the £12 residential surcharge has not been paid in accordance with our terms & conditions.
Non-mainland UK, London & Scotland
Non-mainland areas of the UK (such as the Isles), Scotland and the London area, have extra charges due to increased delivery expenses set by our carriers. Delivery for these areas are charged on an order surcharge basis; so whether you buy one tyre or four tyres in the same transaction, you will only pay the one surcharge.

Signed for Delivery Service
PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE AT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS CAN SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER.
All orders are sent via our couriers on a 'signed for' service. If there is no-one at the delivery address to sign for the consignment, our carrier will NOT leave your order at the address.
If a first delivery is missed, you will receive an email from our carrier advising you 'the consignee', to rebook your delivery for another day when there will be someone available to sign for the consignment.
Failure to sign for a second delivery attempt will result in the goods being returned to roadcruzatyres.co.uk. You will then be required to contact roadcruzatyres.co.uk on info@roadcruzatyres.co.uk to discuss your options for redelivery which could, potentially, incur further delivery charges.
