Our 28-day return policy
If you're not happy with the item(s) you've received or have simply changed your mind, then you have up to 28 working days from the day after you receive your order to contact us in writing and let us know of your decision.
We’ll then work with you to find a solution, whether that means replacing your order or refunding you in full once we have the goods back in stock.
Please note that once goods have been fitted, we cannot take them back unless there is a fault with the product itself.
The returns process
Customer's are at liberty to arrange their own return after giving prior notice to us that you wish to return an item/s.
Once the goods are back with us and have been inspected accordingly, a refund will then be issued and a restocking fee charge*
Courier/shipping fees do vary and are calculated by weight and size, so if an order has been placed in error or the customer simply decided they no longer want their order, then the customer is liable for the return cost in full.
Refunds
Goods returned to our distribution centre for credit that have been ordered correctly or incorrectly by a customer will be liable to 10% restocking charge for returns after 7 days. (7-day grace period applies to mail order only). Refunds will be less the original carriage charge incurred by Tyres Direct Online Ltd T/A roadcruzatyres.co.uk, i.e. £9.95 per tyre.
Refunds are only repayable via credit to the original card/account from which the item/s were originally purchased.

Collections of goods can be expensive due to weight and size, so please make sure you are 100% sure with your decision before purchasing.
