White Sidewall lettering and why its blue?!

Buying your first set of Off-Road 4x4 tyres and confused as to why the white sidewall lettering you were hoping for, is blue?...

So, when your new Roadcruza Off-road tyres appear at your door, you don't have to be too worried about having blue instead of white lettering. You will be able to remove the coating and be left with some clear and bright white sidewall lettering to display. 'What is the best way to do this' we hear you say....
Well, its quite a simple procedure as the blue wax can easily be removed with some tepid to warm soapy water and a clean soft brush or cloth.
You don't have to worry about scrubbing too hard either as the white lettering on all Roadcruza tyres RA3200, RA7000, RA8000 and RA1100 is NOT painted on, it's built in to the tyre.
All Roadcruza Off-road tyres which feature Raised White Lettering (RWL in the designation) have the white rubber lettering moulded on to the sidewall of the tyre. This means they will only wear down like the rest of the rubber on the tyre, but will always stay white and not rub off to show any black beneath.
Not all sidewalls are created equally!
While the majority of the 4x4 Off-road range does have the reversible white or black sidewall lettering, there are a few sizes that don't. Why?... That's just the way it is, due to differences in the sidewall sizes and the manufacturing process being harder to form the white lettering on certain sidewall sizes.
Reversible sidewalls

RWL = Raised White Lettering (with Blue protective coating)

BSW = Black Sidewalls
